The staff were very kind, but the air conditioner didn't work. The room was cool, but there was an issue with the AC.

The staff were excellent and attentive—real pleasant people. The value for the services included with the price is superb, with breakfast and vouchers. The location is great, right on the edge between Porlamar and Pampatar, just a few meters from the main avenues. The pool is operational but needs better cleaning, and the pillows were very hard.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious, offering three options to choose from. I especially appreciated the staff’s attention and friendliness; everyone was very helpful and always ready to make my stay more welcoming and pleasant. The Wi‑Fi signal in the rooms wasn’t great, but that’s a common issue in the country. No negatives.
