The spot is ideal, with plenty of places to eat, shops, a supermarket, a pharmacy, and all the essentials nearby. The only downside was that the windows faced the courtyard, where early‑morning product deliveries were very noisy and disrupted sleep; we also heard water running in neighboring rooms.

The location is very good, right in front of the metro station. The host was friendly and helpful, always responding promptly to all my requests and assisting with everyday matters. The check‑in process was messy; the guidelines were only available 30 minutes before the estimated arrival time, which was inconvenient. It would be better if that information were sent ahead of time.

The location was great, the room was clean and air‑conditioned, and everything we needed was there. The owner responded quickly when we needed him. Highly recommend :)
