The place, the greenery, and the service were great, but there weren’t many activities for kids; the staff were very friendly and always ready to help keep them entertained.

I liked the facilities and the variety of room types, and I loved the spa and the attention from everyone, especially Rosa, Ari, and Vuoelina. I understand it’s a place with a lot of vegetation and it’s beautiful, but I think they should install some device for mosquitoes. The staff are constantly attentive to these details, but with so many rooms, another resource would help.

The food was excellent and the spa was great, but the pet macaws are illegal and wrong. The rooms got too hot at night and we couldn't open a single window.
