The One‑Bedroom Chalet opens onto a private terrace with garden views and a built‑in barbecue. Inside, a kitchen equipped with a stovetop, oven, kitchenware and a tea‑and‑coffee maker serves the space, complemented by a minibar, flat‑screen TV and wine/champagne provision. The sleeping area offers one bed and can accommodate up to two extra beds, sleeping two guests. A private bathroom includes a shower.
The chalet was super tidy, clean, cozy, and all the cooking gear was there; picking up the keys was easy and calm, and the little forest area had a nice fireplace, a hammock spot, a fire pit, and the outdoor space was well organized.
The place was clean, brand‑new, and organized, but it was freezing; they could at least add a curtain box in the bathroom so it wouldn’t be all wet and cold, and the bed was extremely hard, an orthopedic mattress – I didn’t sleep the first night because of my back prosthesis, so I asked the staff for a blanket to soften it, and they responded promptly.
“Decent stay, but a few tweaks needed”
The location is a bit far from Extrema's center, but the breakfast was really good and the utensils provided in the chalet met my expectations for meals. One thing that bothered me was the bathroom floor - it gets really slippery when I turn on the shower, so a bath mat would be a great addition.
I liked the outdoor setting; it was very good.
The chalet was well equipped, a very peaceful spot surrounded by nature, and we enjoyed it a lot.
