Price and location are good. There was no microwave and the cleaning needed more detail. The light bulb on the balcony was burned out.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable; it was a nice place to stay.

The staff were friendly and very helpful, and our room was on the upper floor as requested. The location is great. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. However, our room wasn't ready when we arrived, so the lady at checking had to track down housekeeping to find us a room. The shower was small and the shower curtain fell during a shower because it kept sticking to us. Maintenance fixed the issue quickly, but it still felt cramped. The Jacuzzi in the room didn't work at all and was not fixed by maintenance when we let them know. No discount was given for not being able to use it, but I'm not sure if we were charged extra for it anyway.

Everything was great! The room was very clean. I enjoyed the pool, the balcony, and seeing the ducks every day. The only complaint was that there was no microwave.
