The location is very convenient, close to Jose Junction, within walking distance of Ernakulam South Metro and the railway station, and surrounded by many local restaurants. The staff are very pleasant and helpful, which is a highlight of the hotel.

The hotel is centrally located, but the room was small and the linen wasn’t fresh.

The location was decent and some staff were friendly. There was no hot water in the rooms; I waited almost 15 minutes in the shower hoping it would come, but I had to take a freezing cold shower in the morning. The corridors were very dirty, with food plates everywhere that the hotel staff didn’t clean. We were promised rooms next to each other by the receptionist, but that didn’t happen. The neighbors next door were very loud, and the hotel did nothing about it. The breakfast could use a lot of improvement; there were barely any options.

The hotel was very well located for exploring Ernakulam and was close to the metro station.
