If you’re looking for genuine hospitality in Giardini Naxos, this is the spot! The host, Carla, was an excellent hostess: caring, always ready to help, and eager to recommend the best views and food places. The little sweets left in the room, the farewell gift, and the huge flexibility with check‑out time show a rare concern for guests. The property was clean, welcoming, and the service deserved a five‑star rating. Heartfelt thanks to Carla for everything.

It’s near the sea, but there wasn’t even a window to look out from or to dry wet items.

The location is central, the house is nicely furnished, and the bed is comfortable, but the cleanliness left something to be desired. The area can be a bit stressful and chaotic, so you have to wake up early to get a spot on the beach, which is subjective. I probably wouldn’t choose it for another weekend. Parking is also a hassle; we had to pay 15 € per day, which should be taken into account. Overall, that’s the verdict.

Great location. The room was spacious and well organized despite the lack of outdoor space, and the cleaning was excellent. The host, Carla, was very kind and helpful.

The place is run by the incredibly friendly Carla, who keeps everything spotless; every day the room is cleaned and towels are swapped. The owner is very communicative. The location is perfect for beach, food, and transport—all within arm’s reach.
