The location and staff were great, and the room was very comfortable. I had trouble with the room keys after the first day; I tried several resets, then security tried the master key before they had to replace the lock.

The staff here are absolute gems, but the hotel's reservation system left a lot to be desired. We specifically booked the Inn, but upon arrival, they switched our reservation to the Lodge without any explanation. It was a bit disconcerting, but the friendly staff made up for it.

This place feels like a home away from home, not a hotel at all. The views are absolutely stunning, and stepping out of your back door puts you right on the beach. The beautiful plants and fountains are a lovely touch, making every entrance and exit a pleasant experience.
