The kitchen is fully equipped, the terrace with the view of the rooftops and the comfort of the beds. The parking location, the windows facing the street and the parking.

When we arrived, we immediately spotted cockroaches, ants, and other pests inside the accommodation. I called the owners right away to let them know, but they just replied that “that’s how it is in Madeira” and suggested I cancel if it bothered me. Cancelling would mean losing the large amount already paid, which wasn’t my fault. With no help or solution from them, I had to go through the platform myself to get a free cancellation. We were forced to find a new place at 10 pm, right on the spot, which made the whole stay stressful and difficult.

The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and there was a kettle and biscuits in the room. I could park my car on the nearby street. The host was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was a dead end. The terrace was nice for breakfast but wasn’t always clean and needed sweeping; there were some insects in the house. Parking in front of the property was a hassle, and it’s best to avoid it because early‑morning departures can disturb other guests, as happened to us, since our room faced the courtyard.

Struttura vicina al centro di Funchal (si può raggiungere in 5 minuti in auto). Parcheggio interno alla struttura. La stanza è pulita con cucina comune e bellissima terrazza. Christina è stata molto disponibile e gentile per tutte le nostre richieste. Consigliatissima!
