The service was excellent, courteous and attentive; breakfast was good but modest. In the room we stayed, the mattresses were concrete, with the mattress spring underneath, there were cigarette butts, gum wrappers and dirt; the sound insulation was terrible, so during the night we could hear conversations, music and noise from neighboring rooms and even farther ones; the shower box drain was clogged, and the shower lacked proper grounding (the connection was adapted).

“Ótimo custo-benefício”

Good value for money, decent service and breakfast met expectations. I requested a room change and it was handled promptly (initially only single‑bed rooms were available for the first night, I asked for a double‑bed room and it worked out). It was very cold at night, we missed an air‑conditioner or heater, especially since we were with a baby.

“Custo/benefício bom.”

Breakfast was reasonable but met expectations; the location isn’t central but not far from the center for those driving. The service was very good, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was simple but clean, with fresh towels and linens. The on‑site restaurant/café is very good, we liked the food a lot and the prices were very good. Unfortunately, the guests in the adjacent rooms were not very quiet, but that isn’t the fault of the lodge or the staff.

“Excelente custo benefício”

The place looks great, with grass and trees around, and the restaurant offers dinner at a good value with really tasty food. The only issue is the rooms listed on Booking only offer a chalet with a divider in the middle, so the noise from the neighbor passes through the ceiling to the other side. Other than that everything was fine. They have better cabins available, but Booking doesn’t allow booking them. Next time I’ll contact them directly to rent a cabin.
