Nothing. Roaches / dirty towels and washcloths/ Nasty stained up mattresses/ none working smoke detector/ nasty chipped up tub and shower / missing trim on vanity / big hole in bathroom door casing looked like possible termites and the stench of old closet smell

The place smelled dirty. Everything was bad.

The man running the place was easy‑going and didn’t bother us. The door lock was a little confusing, but the guy stayed outside and walked me through it.
