The hotel sits amid forest, and even though it’s next to its own beer garden it’s surprisingly quiet; the beds are comfortable, and the staff are friendly and attentive.

What a hidden gem—beautiful countryside, superb staff and service, and great food. Nothing to complain about.

The location is top, very quiet so you sleep wonderfully. The breakfast is lovely in a beautiful space, including croissants and tasty jus d’orange or maracujasap, plus energy bars to take with you and a drink for thirst. There’s a very large parking lot for more than 100 cars (due to the Biergarten) and good Wi‑Fi. The parking lot is unpaved, so cars get dusty in dry weather.

The location is great, the hotel itself is nice, rooms are a good size, and the wireless chargers in the rooms keep your phone powered; the big TV and everything else work well. I had a room on the beer‑garden side, which can get a bit noisy during events or when many people are around—if you’re sensitive to noise, ask for a room that doesn’t face the beer garden.

Breakfast is well prepared and the birgarten plus overall location are great. The only issue is that the locks need to be made operational by routinely changing the batteries.
