Walnut Hotel Islamabad

The room had a bed, TV, and lighting. The rooms were dirty and the furniture didn’t work.

“I waisted tow hours changing my room coz of bad hygiene bad dirty room”

The location and staff were fine. But first they gave me a room with roaches, filthy stains on the carpet, broken interior, and dirty towels—I named everything. I said I couldn’t stay there, so they offered a VIP room, which was cleaner with tiled floors, but the towel covers, curtains, and still had stains.

“Total different rooms shown in pictures and what they are providing”

The photos of the rooms are completely different from what they actually provide. When I asked for a refund as I was leaving instantly they refused; they said it’s the same but everyone can see the total difference. Also cleaning was not done properly, so I left the property within 20 min of check‑in without any refund.

“The overall great stay.”

The location is ideal, the staff consistently provide helpful service, and the accommodations were maintained to a satisfactory standard, which prompted us to extend our stay to 14 days. The property lacks dedicated parking, experiences noise disturbances from nearby restaurants within the Markaz, and currently lacks on-site dining options, compounded by delays in service. No gym, No pool, No lobbies

“It was comfortable, defo work on cleanliness, staff was very helpful.”

It was alright, 7 out of 10. There were bed bugs, little brown ants, and I got bitten by them, leaving painful pustules along the wound. Definitely work on cleanliness and you will get from 4 to 8.
