I asked for a refund, but they still deducted money from my debit card because the prices shown while ordering were completely different, so I decided to skip the service yet they still took the money.

The little swing overlooking the lake was a highlight, but the steep pathways between buildings made moving around a hassle.

Breakfast was good, room service was good and punctual, but I didn’t like that they didn’t pick us up or drop us off, and I had to pay for the sauna myself even though it was decent.
