“旅人は全員泊まれ!”
The staff cared a lot about the guests and that was very appreciated. They also helped with local information and details about neighboring countries. No problems.

The host is Japanese, which makes Japanese guests feel comfortable, and there are plenty of other Japanese guests to share tips with. The location is a bit inconvenient for sightseeing in Tbilisi because it takes over 30 minutes by bus to reach the old town, but the train station (and long‑distance bus stop) is within walking distance, making travel to other cities very convenient. The stretch between the station and the hostel is a market selling everything you could need. Having a usable kitchen is a real plus. On the downside, the facilities are surprisingly shaky; most items are in a semi‑broken state, and both the toilet and shower are extremely cramped. The electric kettle is broken and doesn’t shut off automatically; you have to flip the switch by hand after it boils, which is a bit risky. The bed space feels like it has a hole in it. Once you get used to it, it’s not a huge issue, but for non‑Japanese guests the overall vibe might feel off. The host is Catholic, so there’s a Catholic atmosphere throughout the hostel.

The cost‑performance is solid, but the shower water pressure is weak.
