The location and the park were nice, but we didn't feel any warmth at reception.

The place is beautiful, very comfortable, and the heating is excellent; we had a very cold day outside and inside it was spectacular. I didn't like the spiral staircase; it was very uncomfortable to go up and down, especially with the kids.
