“Thank you for everything”
The location and cleanliness were good, but I felt the staff could focus more. I checked in late and received no greeting, which felt unwelcoming. The next morning, breakfast was fine and the hostess was present, but when I approached the table no one came to serve me. I had to call the server to place an order, and after delivery she left without clearing the extra plate or asking if I needed anything else. The team could use more training or attention.
“Ritika is polite”
Everything was fine. The experience was excellent.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were absolutely cozy. A special mention to Arti from the front desk, who performed her duties with great sincerity and made my check-in process seamless. She has been accommodate my request of twin bed as well. The bellboy Sachine & Sonakshi GR were also very attentive and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel has all the facilities like pool, gym, restaurant, bar & spa Overall, I had a fantastic experience, and I would happily recommend to both business and leisure travelers and look forward to staying here again. nothing
