The staff were extremely friendly, the cleanliness was excellent, water was always available, and the breakfast was generous with both sweet and savory options. Nothing to complain about.

Das Reinigungspersonal hat einen guten Job gemacht und die Dusche hatte eine sehr praktische Sitzbank mit einer Halterund an der man die Brause anbringen konnte, sodass man im Sitzen duschen konnte. Die Shoppingstrasse war direkt vor der Tür. Das Personal hat um 2:00 früh laut am Handy im Gang neben meinem Zimmer telefoniert und mich damit aufgeweckt. Wenn das ein Nachbar wäre, der betrunken heimkommt, passiert das schon mal aber eine Mitarbeiter? Auf den Tee im Frühstückraum habe ich so lange gewartet, dass ich mit dem Essen bereits fertig war. Die Aussicht in dem Zimmer war direkt in einen hässlichen Lichthof. Mit dem Promotion Video hatte die Ausstattung sehr wenig zu tun

The place is amazing and the staff are wonderful, especially thanks to Brother Ahmed and the Sudanese brother who runs the hotel buffet. The location is in the heart of Taksim, plus the varied breakfast, cleanliness, and especially the toilet – something Arab tourists need. The rooms are spacious and nice; I recommend the hotel and will keep it in mind for future visits, God willing. Nothing to note otherwise.

Overall, I liked the hotel. Very convenient location, close to cafés, shops, and attractions. The room was clean and cozy, with everything needed. The staff were polite and welcoming. Breakfast was a buffet with choices, but each day felt a bit repetitive. Otherwise, the stay was comfortable and a good option for a trip to Istanbul.
