The staff were courteous and helpful, the swimming pool was nice, we got a complimentary upgrade, and there was a free shuttle to selected malls. No negatives.

The location is pretty convenient and the price‑to‑quality ratio is good. The downside is there’s no balcony, and the beach gear dries slowly in the room.

The rooms are spotless and quiet, and the bed feels very comfortable. We stay here often, so it’s a solid pick for city breaks. The breakfast could use some work – there’s no decaf coffee, which is odd for a four‑star place, and the coffee itself isn’t very good. Also, the housekeeping team should wash their hands or wear gloves when changing the sheets; it’s terrible that they wash the bath first and then change the sheets.

The staff were friendly and welcomed us warmly, and they were polite every time we met them at breakfast or in the lobby. The housekeeping staff were the same. We always returned to a neatly made bed, a tidy room, and fresh towels. I recommend the place!
