The staff were excellent, the location and facilities were great, but the Wi‑Fi was often very slow. The restaurant’s food options were limited; a few pasta dishes would have been nice.

A quiet, lovely spot for our road trip from England en route to Vancouver. We made full use of the pool and spa area. The room was large and had all the necessary amenities. We only stayed one night because we were exhausted, so we didn’t explore the surroundings, but I’d definitely recommend it for its beautiful setting and the many services available on the resort itself. Unfortunately, the smell of smoke was quite unpleasant, though that wasn’t the resort’s fault, and we were still pleased to have stayed there.

The rooms are good, the restaurant is good, and the price is reasonable. We enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool. The place was clean and there were plenty of charging stations. Two years ago everything was ready before we arrived, but this time I was a bit disappointed: the coffee pot didn’t work and we had to wait until the next day for one, there was no cooking tray inside the oven, one of the cooking pots had no cover, and we booked a BBQ on arrival but it didn’t work well; we had to exchange it. At 5:00 pm there weren’t enough staff, so we had to wait another 30 minutes. I think if all utensils and accessories were checked before guests arrive, it would be better.

A little more dusting and cobweb removal would have been appreciated; we had to ask for a broom and dustpan, and a few bathrooms had minimal toilet paper. Small issues, but overall we had a pleasant stay.

A great place to stay. The staff are superb and the food excellent. The rooms are a bit dated, but it seems they’re working on that. The steam room, pool area, and hot tub need some work.
