The room was very pleasant, and breakfast was excellent with staff who were super attentive and friendly all the time. The stairs leading to my room were steep.

רק את מיקום. We were given a bed that hadn’t been stripped of its linens; the sheets were dirty, stained and even had hair on them, which was downright disgusting. They finally changed it the next day after we asked. One night the hot water cut out mid‑shower, leaving me shivering in the cold night, and there was no cold water at the sink either. The towels were old, rough and in poor condition. Having stayed in six three‑star hotels in Peru over two weeks, this place was by far the worst.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable. Occasionally there were strong unpleasant smells that I could only attribute to plumbing, and for the price you could probably find something a bit better overall.

Excellent location, a very comfortable bed, great shower, and the staff were very friendly. We stayed one night before heading to Choquequirao and they kept a backpack for our return; they even made a box for breakfast because we left the room early. There’s nothing I don’t like. Excellent hotel, best value for money.
