The location is great, the building and surroundings are beautiful, and the staff are friendly. It was warm, but adjusting the temperature was difficult because there are no radiators, only a fan. I’m unsure how it would feel in winter.

The beds were very comfortable and we slept well, and the complimentary drinks in the room were a nice bonus. The breakfast, however, was sparse and disappointing, especially the food selection; the wide range of drinks was a plus. Also, the suites require climbing many flights of stairs, which isn’t convenient for everyone.
