The hotel's location was exactly what I needed, putting everything I wanted to see within easy reach.
The front desk team was genuinely helpful and friendly.

“Vale a pena, custo benefício ótimo”
The location is great, the cleaning was flawless, and I liked the size of the room I stayed in. However, the neighborhood has a lot of light spikes, so having a generator would be nice; it was awful trying to sleep with the lights flickering constantly. The air conditioning in one of the rooms didn’t cool well and felt very stuffy. The breakfast could use some improvement.

The spot was perfect for what I was looking for, but the room felt cramped and the bathroom was a nightmare – the shower stall was so narrow I had to stand sideways, and the soap dish was hanging loose. Breakfast was a let‑down too; they served a stuffed roll with sour dough that I couldn't eat, even after I mentioned it to the staff. For the price, I expected a lot more comfort.

The shower was good and the daily housekeeping, including daily towel changes, was appreciated. The lodge works well for business travelers but isn’t suited for families on vacation. The environment was noisy due to staff disagreements, and the chatter should not have been directed at guests. On the last night, power went out at 2 am and we woke up in heavy rain, so scrambled eggs, cheese bread, and French rolls weren’t served even though a gas stove was available. The breakfast cakes were the same throughout the week. In the room, there were no power outlets near the beds to charge phones; only one outlet for two people, so we had to use the lamp or the charger.
