The location was ideal, close to the metro and just minutes from the old town, and the staff were pleasant. The beds were very comfortable. However, the drains were blocked with plastic in the shower and floor, which we removed so the water could drain. The next day we understood why the plastics were there: the pipes smelled terribly like a broken siphon, so the smell came straight out. Other than that, the place is old but fine.

The hotel is within walking distance of the city’s main attractions and about a three‑minute walk from the subway station, which was very convenient. It’s a small, family‑run establishment, but the staff are all kind and courteous. Personally, the bed was fluffy and soft, making it very comfortable. The price was quite reasonable, so overall satisfaction was high. The only issue was that the key was a simple house‑style key, which made me a bit nervous about losing it (not a major problem). I also wish the room had a kettle and a hair dryer; it would be fine if they could lend them on request.

“Goed als je geen belang hecht aan wifi en airconditioning.”

The location is good, close to the metro. I had to change rooms because there was no Wi‑Fi and the bathroom smelled awful. There was a lot of noise from both the street and other guests. The air‑conditioning unit was old and worn out, and there were no blackout curtains. The shower door wouldn’t close, so water splashed onto the bathroom floor. Rooms weren’t cleaned, and towels weren’t replaced during my full week stay. Reception staff spoke little English or were hard to understand.

Die Gastgeberin Maja war sehr vorkommen, freundlich hilfsbereit. Sie ist die beste 💯. Zimmer und Bad sind sehr Renovierungsbedürftig 😢👎👎👎
