The spot was spot on for our trip, with the sea view each morning and the mountains right next door – just wow. Tara waited for us when we arrived late and was super accommodating. Even off‑season Barmouth has plenty for those needing a break, so book The Sandpiper and enjoy Tara’s hospitality.

The location was fine. The room we stayed in needed updating and painting. There were three wall clocks on the back wall that didn’t work, and the shower could use an upgrade.

The location was great, and parking was free.

The location was beautiful, right by the sea, though we didn’t get a sea view, which didn’t matter much. Stepping out of the hotel you’re almost on the beach, and the sunsets here are insane. The bathroom was a bit dated, with a very small shower, but everything else worked.
