It was very comfortable to stay, but there was no entertainment in the resort.

Everything you could possibly need was available, and the braai area was lovely. The grass spread was huge, perfect for kids, and there was even a play park with a sandpit. The Wi‑Fi was a bit unreliable, constantly dropping or saying “no connection,” but that’s a small price for the beautiful surroundings.

The place was quiet and close to a beautiful beach, easy for a walk, and the check‑in was quick with no paperwork. The staff were friendly, the resort was well coordinated, and security was good. A small grocery shop about a kilometer away covered urgent needs. The back area of the resort was not suitable for walking or sitting, the rooms were small, there were no trash bins inside, and the linens were very old and uncomfortable.

The location was brilliant, but it was close to the river, beach, and town.

The spot was well located with a nice walk to the beach and easy access to the Keurboom River. The unit had ample space, comfy beds, and gorgeous bathrooms. A big fridge, a lovely garden, and a river view from the balcony added to the appeal. There were plenty of activities for kids: a play area, tennis court, swimming pool, a large lawn for playing, and safe river access for fishing or other water sports. The Wi‑Fi would sometimes disconnect and needed a restart, and while a braai area would have been nice, the gas braai worked well and stayed clean.
