“Nice building, poorly managed and not maintained”
The bed was very nice and the room was large. The staff didn’t know how to accommodate people booking, so they told me when I tried to check in that they couldn’t see my booking. It wasn’t until I called the customer service, and they called the hotel that they were able to find my booking in their own system. The AC in the room didn’t work, so the room was really hot. Breakfast wasn’t great, the projector in the room didn’t work, and they gave disposable, single‑use towels instead of nice towels.
