The property owner canceled my booking without prior notice and gave the room to someone else. I called the owner multiple times, and when he finally answered, I told him we were about to reach Kasol. He calmly said he had given the room to another person because that person paid him in advance, while I was told by bookings.com that I could only settle the payment at the property. When I pointed out that what he did was wrong, he said I should talk to them for help. He told me to find another property on my own or sleep in the car. This act by the owner was horrific for me. I literally had to struggle a lot to find another property and spent a lot more money than originally budgeted. Moreover, my family also suffered due to the owner’s unprofessional and unethical behavior. This was the worst experience of my life. I do not recommend this property to anyone.

Amazing place! Prem Bai is a gem of a person. He is the best cook! He made us feel like home. Thank you Highland spirit! Will definitely visit again 💙
