From the moment we arrived, the staff’s friendliness and top‑class service made us feel right at home; the hotel is cozy, spotless, comfortable, and every detail is carefully tended, which made our stay even more special. The breakfast was phenomenal – everything was fresh, delicious, and lovingly prepared, making it one of the highlights of our visit. The owner was incredibly kind and attentive to every request. The courtyard had a pool and was big enough for the kids to play, plus there was ping‑pong, foosball, and cards for family fun. We left with a beautiful memory and are deeply grateful for the hospitality; we’ll definitely stay here again if we return to the city. ❤️✨

The place is spectacular, very welcoming, impeccably clean, and the breakfast is super tasty; the staff is friendly and attentive. It’s huge, has a pool, and a large, clean patio. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back!

The host was extremely attentive, explaining everything politely and making you feel instantly welcome. The room was spacious enough, with fairly comfortable beds. The garden and pool are inviting and ideal for unwinding after a day in Venice. Breakfast offers a good variety, much of it sourced from the garden or prepared by the host herself. The location is convenient, with several large supermarkets nearby, and the garages in Venice are just a 20‑minute drive away.
