The location, the regional concept, and the staff were very friendly. The surrounding nature is magically beautiful. Unfortunately, the restaurant disappointed in preparation, selection, and composition. The room doors are equipped with closers that slam loudly.

We loved every aspect of this place; the location was spot‑on for our needs, the facilities were immaculate and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The optional dinner at the hotel is a must‑try.

We were greeted warmly and enjoyed a drink on the terrace. The beautiful hotel sits at the foot of the Puy de Dôme in a lovely natural setting. We received a spacious room, solidly furnished with neatly kept bathroom. The evening lunch was very well presented and beautifully served. Breakfast was perfect. Everything was okay.
