They had a roof and some beds, but check‑in was at 3:00 and our room wasn’t ready until 5:45, meaning we waited over an hour in the lobby; housekeeping was busy cleaning another room down the hall while our room remained untouched, and it felt like nobody understood what a hotel was or how to run one, which was a huge disappointment for the price; we’ll never stay here again even though we visit Hutchinson twice a year.

I paid extra for this hotel expecting a hot tub, but I was placed in the east building with a tiny pool instead; a refund would be appreciated. There was no hot tub as advertised.

The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel and room were clean. The breakfast was fair.

Finding the hotel was a breeze, but we didn't get the room we asked for. The huge, old hot tub in the room looked gross, and we wanted a suite for the extra space, which ended up taking up most of the room.
