The dinner on the first night was decent, but the second night was the worst. I was charged for an extra adult in both rooms I booked, yet when I asked for a third bed they only gave me a sponge mattress on the floor. The booking said a futon would be provided, which they didn’t honor. That’s misleading and unacceptable, especially after the extra charge.

The room was clean and the staff were good, but the photos on the website were misleading and the displays were off. The room itself was small with a tiny bathroom that lacked a shaving kit, comb, lotion, and shampoo. Room service arrived late and the towels had not been properly cleaned. At the restaurant, tea and juice were served in disposable glasses, and the fruit chiku was underwhelming. The swimming pool was dirty and the roof had not been maintained. The room rate was high, and I could have found better options at that price.
