City and pool views are visible from the room. It is climate‑controlled with air conditioning and offers cable TV for entertainment. The space sleeps two guests on two single beds, with an extra bed available if needed.

Very old, broken, and dirty—terrible. Even a small local inn in the country is better.

The pool area and the room itself were fine. However, the reception staff’s attitude on arrival was poor; I had to call the manager to resolve a price issue, and it took a total of 1 hour and 20 minutes to actually check in. That’s not good enough for a 5‑star hotel when you’ve traveled over 6000 miles. It was not professional at all!

The staff overall were super friendly. We received a complimentary upgrade, which was really nice. Everyone was helpful even though it was NYE. The SPA/Salon for women was a bit of a mess. I had to get ready for a wedding, so I asked for a 5 pm booking at check‑in and was told it would be fine. I later received a call telling me to come down at 6 pm instead. I explained that it was for a wedding so I couldn’t be too late. I arrived at 6 pm and the door was locked. I waited 20 minutes before anyone came, and the service was below average for the high prices. The hotel was good, but I would avoid the salon. The entry/exit of the hotel is also not easy. There should be multiple entrances to the property given the busy location and Dhaka traffic.
