Nice place, beautiful nature. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant/bar spoke only Slovakian, not English, which made communication a bit hard and awkward. We didn’t find a room card when checking out, so we were charged 5 eur; I’m sure they could locate it somewhere in the room, but the fee would never be reimbursed. It feels a bit strange to pay 300+ eur for one night.

The staff were friendly, the beds had a very comfortable mattress, the view during breakfast at the hotel restaurant was beautiful, and there was parking directly by the hotel; I recommend this hotel.
