We ran out of water even for brushing our teeth. We had no water.

“Péssimo!!!”

LOCATION ONLY. We arrived at the lodge around 16:00. At 17:50 I thought the shower was broken, but it was actually a lack of water. Other guests reported the same in their rooms. The receptionist, although helpful, resolved nothing. He informed the owner, and even after calling the maintenance person, he just said we would have to wait for the cistern to fill to get water. So we left the lodge at 05:45 in the morning and were still without water. I sent WhatsApp contacts of maintenance companies that operated in the area, and I sent a contact for a water truck to supply water quickly, but the disregard was total! I visit Búzios at least three times a year since 2008. I’ve stayed in several lodges in the city, even via booking, and this was the first time I was so disrespected. I only didn’t give a zero because it isn’t listed in the rating. P.s.: I have the WhatsApp conversation prints, photos, and videos to prove what I’m reporting.

The location is very good, the price is super economical, and they offer fresh breakfast. The room is spacious, and the people are very kind. The shower water was cold, the Wi‑Fi didn’t work, and there was a strong damp smell.
