“Great team, relaxing getaway!”
The staff here provide exceptional customer service. I came because it was close to Bangli for an extended stay, and I was always treated with respect; the entire team shared a uniform hospitality mindset. I was very pleased with the accommodations; the resort is a pretty place with a relaxing way to reconnect to nature and breathe clean air. The chefs were always polite, accommodating, and diligent to give a positive experience. I didn’t join the meditation events, but I still found this place a relaxing getaway to hunker down and do remote work. I highly recommend getting a scooter rental, which the staff can easily connect you to people for help. The street to Puri Saron is walkable if you need to go to a 24‑hr market for convenience store supplies, snacks, etc., and it’s also right next to laundry if you want to save a bit, but the hotel staff offers this service too. Nature is a bit surprising to me—expect bugs! But that doesn’t mean they’re a problem. The rooms are very well controlled, and if there’s a serious issue the staff are diligent to help. In the jungle the bugs are not aggressive and eventually become a delightful part of the experience.
