“Cheap, for an overnight stay - do not expect ANY TV service.”

I asked for new batteries for the TV remote. The Night Desk clerk didn’t believe me and wanted to check it out himself, so I followed him to the room. The remote still didn’t work, so we went back to the Office and he replaced the batteries. I went back to the room and the remote still didn’t work, so I complained again at the Office. He moved me to the next room. The nightmare continued: the next room’s remote didn’t work either, clearly they hadn’t paid their network provider. I had already been here twice before, this was my third stay, and the disrespectful attitude of the Night Office Clerk – I use that term as a synonym for how he treated me – made the situation worse. The room change didn’t help.

“I would never go back here or suggest it and I honestly want a refund”

I was checked in fast, but I never got the double bed I booked. The room had a strong cigarette smell, and the blankets were cigarette‑ash stained with holes—really gross. The place wasn’t cleaned before I arrived; there was ash on the toilet seat and a residue on the shower curtains that looked like feces. Baby roaches were in the bathroom, and the walls were so thin I could hear everything from the next room. The decor felt dated and unappealing, like I was in a rough neighborhood, which made me uncomfortable.

“Good decent stay for the price room was clean I was scared by the reviews and shower only got warm”

I came for a pageant and the rooms were clean; the front desk guy was friendly and I was very pleased. The only issue was that the air‑conditioner button was broken, so I had to use a pen to push it.
