Nothing was wrong, nothing was spectacular. The room was nice and larger, clean and comfortable. It’s a 5‑minute walk from the car park, which is tough with luggage. Elderly guests might have trouble.

The property’s courtesy and availability were great. The welcome was warm. The location is strategic for walking around and exploring the local sights.

The building is well maintained. Before we even arrived, the lady showed us a video of the route from the parking to the hotel and was very helpful with everything else. We’ll definitely come back. Castelmezzano is lovely, and at night it looks like a nativity scene.
