“Excellent”

Moha was exceptionally kind, always welcoming and attentive. The breakfast was simply incredible—delicious, very hearty, served directly at the table in a warm and convivial atmosphere, enough to satisfy six young guests! The riad is truly remarkable; the rooms are spacious and comfortable, decorated in a Moroccan style, and the large terrace, furnished with sofas, is perfect for evenings. The place is extremely quiet, yet ideally located in the medina, just a few minutes from the square, in a small, peaceful alley. Honestly, nothing to criticize—just a huge thank you for this outstanding welcome. There was nothing else to mention; I thank Moha again for all his advice and hospitality. I highly recommend this place.

“je n’y retournerais pas”

The location is fairly good for the price, and the breakfast is not extravagant but reasonable. The bathroom and toilets are shared with other rooms, which was not clearly stated in the reservation. To use the toilet, you must wait until no one is in the shower, otherwise you can’t go; when three people shower, it can take a long time! The soundproofing is very poor—you hear everything the others say. There’s no hair dryer, no desk to work from in the room. The mattress isn’t very comfortable, but we’ve seen worse. The floor isn’t very clean, especially with rugs and no vacuum, which is inconvenient. Breakfast runs from 8:30 to 10:30, but it was only ready at 8:50 even though we were supposed to leave for an excursion at 9:00. In short, pay attention when booking—especially regarding the bathroom and toilets.

Moja was a good kid, always attentive to everything, very friendly. The only negative point was that there should be trash cans in the rooms.

“Todo lo ofertado es mentira”

I walked in and immediately noticed a sewer smell, grime everywhere, damp bathroom with mold, dirty blankets, and a very rude host. I tried to cancel right when I arrived, but they wouldn’t refund me; they charged 60 € for 7 nights, and Booking had already taken that fee too, yet they demanded I pay again or threatened to call the police. Since I couldn’t get my money back, I had to stay on my own, and the host even stalked me to the point where I couldn’t leave the room alone and had to ask my friends to accompany me to the bathroom. They advertise a private bathroom, but it’s actually shared. The whole place, from the Riad to the host who is a stalker, is not recommended at all. The host sleeps in the Riad while guests walk around the beds of other guests, which I witnessed.
