The place was clean, but the corridor lighting needs improvement and it makes you feel sad.

The place was clean and the staff, especially Hatem Al-Qahtani, treated us wonderfully.

لقد كانت إقامتي في هذا الفندق تجربة استثنائية بكل المقاييس، حيث تلاقت الفخامة مع الراحة المطلقة في بيئة تعكس أسمى معاني الضيافة. تميز المكان بالهدوء، والنظافة الفائقة، والاهتمام بأدق التفاصيل التي تضمن للنزيل تجربة لا تُنسى. إلا أن ما جعل هذه الإقامة ترتقي إلى مستوى الكمال الحقيقي هو الرقي في التعامل من قبل طاقم العمل، وأخص بالذكر والثناء موظف الاستقبال الأستاذ شاهين. لقد كان مثالاً يُحتذى به في الاحترافية العالية وحفاوة اللقاء؛ فبابتسامته الصادقة، وسرعة استجابته، وحرصه التام على تيسير كافة الإجراءات برحابة صدر، أثبت أنه واجهة مشرفة ومكسب حقيقي لهذا الفندق المتميز. خالص الشكر لإدارة الفندق على هذا المستوى المبهر من الخدمة، وشكر وتقدير خاص للأستاذ شاهين على ذوقه الرفيع واهتمامه الاستثنائي الذي جعل من إقامتنا ذكرى جميلة. أنصح بشدة باختيار هذا المكان، ولنا عودة قريبة بإذن الله
