Nothing positive to mention. A dog was sleeping in the middle of the stairs on the way to the room, the mosquito net was broken, the bed was very hard and noisy, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned (long hairs were found), and the bedsheets had cigarette‑hole stains.

Everything was great.

The location, the view, and the service were excellent, but the sound insulation was poor and everything could be heard.

Everything was excellent, from the staff to the location, and if I ever go back to Kenya I'd book this place again.

The hotel was great, with very spacious rooms that had terraces and kitchenettes, set amid lush greenery and a nice pool; it was conveniently close to the beaches and the city center. The dinners and breakfasts prepared by chef Alex were superb, and the pre‑check‑in communication was flawless and the staff were very helpful.
