Friendly staff were always ready to help, the bed was comfy and there was plenty of hot water, plus a small fridge. If you’re bothered by dampness, remember we’re in Thailand and a windowless room will feel that way; just turn on the air conditioning. The neighbours were noisy late at night and early in the morning.

The pictures used for advertising are clearly outdated and don’t reflect the actual rooms. The room itself was smelly, leaking water, had no ventilation, and was extremely tiny. The bed sheets were also stinky 😭🤢. I can’t fathom how they keep the place running; it’s just not good!

The bathroom had a really strong urine smell, which was pretty off-putting. I'm not sure what the hotel was doing to try and fix it, but it didn't seem to be working. Not exactly the kind of place I'd want to stay.

I was really looking forward to staying at this property, but it turned out to be a huge letdown. The location wasn't what I expected, and it was a long way from the center of Thailand. To make matters worse, there was no 24/7 staffing, which made it impossible to get help when I needed it. I had to deal with a bunch of issues just trying to get back into my room, and even then, I had to wait for hours to find someone who could assist me.
