Staying in a Stabbur was unique; Cecilia was super friendly and eager to help, but it isn’t really suited for elderly guests who need railings or safer steps, and the lower level was quite chilly.

A quiet and peaceful place, but there was a broken step on the interior staircase.

We were thrilled to check in later than usual; the place feels like a different world, cozy and unlike home, surrounded by nature with a nice view, and we stayed just one night. The lower floor has a low roof height (I’m 182 cm and couldn’t stand upright), the second floor is normal, and the first‑floor bed is probably about 180 cm long—just things to keep in mind.

Die Lage ist gut und das Personal sehr freundlich, besonders praktisch für Reisende auf Durchreise. Es ist jedoch kein Erholungsort, weil es nahe dem Flughafen Oslo liegt und man die Flugzeuge hören kann.
