I liked how the hotel was laid out—sleek, plush, and super cozy. The only hiccup was parking; you have to book a spot through the hotel because it’s hard to find one on your own.

Great hotel, friendly and cheerful staff. Our room was very clean and nothing was missing.

I didn’t feel comfortable at all. I had to try three rooms before getting one that was even passable. The first room was right at the entrance, so anyone walking by could see straight into it, which was a huge privacy issue. The second room had no real window—just a tiny ceiling vent that opened for air, making it feel cramped. The third room was slightly better but still basic, with an uncomfortable bed and nothing special in terms of comfort or amenities. The staff were very kind, attentive, and professional, which was the highlight of my stay. However, the rooms, privacy, and overall value left a lot to be desired, and the breakfast felt overpriced. The hotel has great staff, but the rooms, comfort, privacy, and pricing need major improvement to make the stay truly enjoyable.

The style, the building, the location, and the breakfast were great. The price is too high, and the breakfast could have been included.
