The location is great, very central with plenty of restaurants nearby. The first floor has an elevator. The bed is comfortable. The host is very communicative and friendly. The room was very small and cramped. Occasionally a sewer smell would come through. A water leak happened but was fixed in less than 24 hours.

The spot is the best. The worst was the Wi‑Fi, and if you want it working you have to step out to the entrance of the apartment, which feels wrong. Cleanliness and service were very good, but I was assigned room Parthenon with a private bathroom that was actually outside the room, which was very uncomfortable, had a sewer smell, and the lock was problematic. Regarding the Wi‑Fi, which is crucial for solo travelers, I talked to the person in charge and she replied quickly, but the issue wasn’t solved and I had no good Wi‑Fi during my stay. Because of the location and cleanliness I would definitely come back, but if I had one of the two other rooms that have the bathroom inside the room (Fontana de Trevi and/or Plaza Spagna), I wouldn’t stay in the room I got.

The location is excellent, the apartment owner is very nice and helpful, but the cleaner (the one we unfortunately met) was quite unpleasant. It’s recommendable, but a bit pricey for the facilities. The cleaning staff.

The room was comfortable and functional. The accommodation is central, so it’s very easy to walk everywhere! Communication with the host was easy. The bathroom was damp and not very clean when we arrived (it was outside the room, which was clean).

The location is exceptional: central, close to the metro, with many nearby services. The room is positioned so that street noise isn’t heard; I felt safe even at night when returning to the room. The owner answered requests politely and fixed a small snag (bathroom products). I’ll definitely come back! The bathroom fan stayed on both nights, and I couldn’t turn it off because it was the private bathroom of the adjacent room’s guests (we had a bathroom in the room, no bidet). The furnishings could improve (the wardrobe is small if you stay more than two nights) and attention to detail could be better: the bathroom products were incomplete; after notifying the owner she supplied a hair balm (not shampoo), but she was very kind.
