“We were happy with our stay, especially with how helpful and attentive the staff were.”

We ran into a problem at the hotel, but Mr. Osama and Mr. Ehab handled it really well and genuinely tried to make us happy. They even arranged a private car to take us to the beach we wanted to visit. When the AC in our room stopped working, they fixed it immediately and offered to move us to another room. On our early departure, they prepared sandwiches, cake, and fruit juice for us, which was a nice touch. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay, especially with how helpful and attentive the staff were.
