The location was good, but the pool was too cold, the outside pool bar was closed, there weren’t enough sun loungers, the room doors weren’t secure, and the bathroom door was very noisy.

The room was spacious, yet the towels had holes, the dining area lacked air conditioning, and later that day we had no hot water in the room. The spa on Saturday was packed with people, the buffet was average, and the fruit pieces were hard; it’s not a four‑star place.

Everything was great. The only caveat: you need to study engineering to understand the light switch 😂, and the shower gel and shampoo containers require an enormous hand strength to use; it might not be the most comfortable system for older people.

The hotel was large and comfortable, the breakfast varied, and the pool area was excellent. We were two couples with no pretensions and left very happy and relaxed. There’s a great free parking zone right in front of the hotel. The downside: the Hamman room isn’t worth paying for when you already have the pools, and the location isn’t ideal—though it’s relatively close to both the town and the mud baths, you still need a car or a decent walk.

La rápida solución de un desperfecto que encontré en mi habitación, por la intervención de la persona de limpieza de habitaciones. El colchón necesitaba un cambio, lo había dado todo. Buffet muy repetitivo, en mis 6 días de estancia, he visto repetidos los platos, tanto en el desayuno como en la cena. La puerta de entrada a la habitación no tiene cerrojo interior para poder cerrarla. En varias ocasiones que he utilizado la piscina exterior no había socorrista, le veía deambulando por el hotel, y no en la piscina. Sábado y Domingo muchísima gente, en un lugar donde buscas relajación y tranquilidad. Muchas familias con niños dentro del spa, los cuales están incontrolados. Y para remate el último día me robaron las chanclas de piscina en el balneario
