I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, mainly due to its lovely ambiance and well-maintained facilities. However, the room service was a letdown, failing to meet my expectations.

My stay at this hotel was a pleasant surprise, given its proximity to a busy highway. The hotel's serene atmosphere and elegant design created a perfect balance, allowing me to unwind and feel at ease. The staff were truly exceptional, displaying a high level of professionalism and knowledge, making my stay even more enjoyable. Their exceptional service made up for the initial concern about the hotel's location.
