The water cooler on the first floor served ice water that was really cold. The walls everywhere had obvious mold, the bed was dirty, the duvet was yellow and visibly stained, so I didn’t want to cover it. The room was small and the AC blew too hard; I couldn’t adjust the fan direction, so it hit me straight while I slept. The bed was also too high, making it hard to get in and out.

The only bright spot was the location, close to public transport, which made getting around easy. However, my stay was frustrating and disappointing. When I first entered the room, black mold in the bathroom was alarming. The duvet had visible stains that made me uncomfortable, and even after pressing the “Make Room” button during staffed hours every day, no one ever came to change it. I never saw any staff after check‑in and there seemed to be no way to get help. I tried sleeping without the duvet for the first few nights because of its dirtiness, but it got too cold and I had to use it anyway. The whole experience felt unhygienic. The only staff I saw was during check‑in, and for the remaining six nights there was no one around, making it feel more like an abandoned building than a place for paying guests. The room itself was in terrible condition: hangers were hanging off nails, walls and floors were in bad shape and clearly needed repainting or wallpaper. There were no lifts, so carrying luggage up narrow stairs was a chore. I understand this is a hostel and not a luxury hotel, but the minimum standards of cleanliness, basic maintenance, and staff presence were not met. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.

価格と立地が最高に良かった。徒歩3分で駅に行けた。. イスやテーブルはなかったので少しも物が置けなかった。換気扇がずっとうるさかった。冷蔵庫が壊れていて何も冷やせなかった。12時から19時までスタッフ在中とのことだったが18時30分くらいにチェックインしたら既にいなかった。
