The location was convenient with easy access to I‑40, and the room was large. However, the carpets were dirty, a lamp wouldn’t work and the cord was shredded, and the breakfast room furniture was falling apart.

The staff were very friendly, yet everything was dirty—there was a dead bug in the hall for two days, the carpets were rippled and stained, the door trim was grimy, the floors were filthy, and someone’s trash was in my room; my room felt humid, and I had planned to stay two nights but could only manage one; I hate to be so negative because the staff were lovely, but this location needs major attention.
